The week
Two classes, every week
A steady rhythm you can build a practice around, Friday evening to release the week, Sunday morning to open the next. Both 60 minutes, both all levels.
The shape of an hour
What a class is like
Settle in
We begin seated, letting the breath lengthen and the noise of the day fall away. No rush, no performance.
Move with care
A traditional Hatha sequence: warm the body, hold well-placed postures, and find steadiness through the breath.
Close in stillness
Every hour lands in a few minutes of true quiet, so you leave lighter than you came.
Practising online
The same classes, live from home
Both weekly classes are taught live from the studio. Join from your own mat: the link arrives by email about thirty minutes before class, your camera is optional, and the schedule is exactly the same.
Before you come

- Mats are provided. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you like.
