Booking terms & conditions of sale

1 · Who you are buying from

Classes, passes and Supper Club seats are sold by [legal name of the operator] (see the legal notice), referred to below as "the studio".

2 · Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros, TTC (all taxes included). Your booking always shows the exact amount before you confirm. Payment is made through a secure link sent to your email; no card details are entered on this site, and a booking is confirmed once its payment is received.

3 · Passes and validity

The one-day trial is for a first visit, once per person. The 5-class pass is valid 3 months and the 10-class pass 6 months from purchase. Monthly and yearly unlimited passes renew as stated at purchase and can be cancelled for the following period at any time. Online passes cover the live online classes only.

4 · Cancelling a class

Plans change. You can move or cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before it starts and keep the credit. Inside 12 hours, or if you do not attend, the credit for that class is used. For the Supper Club, seats can be released up to 48 hours before the dinner.

5 · Your right of withdrawal / droit de rétractation

Buying at a distance in the EU normally gives you 14 days to change your mind. Two things narrow that here, as French law provides (art. L221-28, Code de la consommation): a booking for a class or dinner on a specific date is a leisure service for a set date and is not covered by the withdrawal right; and if you ask to start using a pass within the 14 days, you agree that what is used up is deducted. Otherwise, an unused pass can be withdrawn from within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Write to hello@yoga18emeparis.com.

6 · Practising safely

Yoga is gentle, but it is movement. Tell Donna about injuries or conditions before class, follow the guidance given, and stop if something does not feel right. If in doubt about whether the practice suits your health, ask your doctor first.

7 · If something goes wrong

Write to us first. Most things are solved in one message. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the consumer mediation route in the legal notice is open to you. These terms are governed by French law.
